Through the LOGIN menu, you become a member by agreeing to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and filling out the registration information form.
If you wish to order from overseas, you can order through the global site (EN/JP). For overseas orders, CS inquiries can only be made through the Q&A board.
Delivery takes 7-14 days after payment confirmation and is shipped by EMS. (Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the delivery period.)
Basic shipping fee is 2,500 JPY, and orders over 40,000 JPY receive free shipping.
During new season launches or sale periods, shipments may be delayed due to increased order volume and may be extended or shortened depending on factory circumstances.
Exchange or return
- Exchanges/ returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Please apply by Q&A board or email(notyourrose.contact@gmail.com).
- Product exchange is available only once, and round-trip shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
- If there are signs of any damage (contamination, perfume, cosmetics, etc.), or if the tag is damaged or removed, it cannot be returned.
Defective or incorrect delivery
- Exchanges/ returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Please apply by Q&A board or email(notyourrose.contact@gmail.com).
- When exchanging for the same product, shipping costs will be taken care by Not Your Rose.
- Even if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, if the product is not exchanged for the same product, it will be treated as a exchange and the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost.
- If there are signs of damage, exchange/return is not possible even if it is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Conditions
- Products not registered on the Q&Aboard within the exchange and return period (7 days from receiving date)
- Product sent without prior exchange or return request
- Product with any signs of damage (contamination, perfume, cosmetics, etc.)
- Tag and label damaged or removed
In the above cases, exchange/return is not possible even if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
